Each tile is a part of your product. The colour shows its latest result, and an outline shows what Cofactor is working on right now.
A flow covers it, and that flow passed on the latest run.
A flow covers it, but it’s failing or blocked right now. A padlock marks anything that’s stuck.
Cofactor has visited it, but no flow checks it yet.
Cofactor hasn’t reached it yet. This is usually because of permissions, but sometimes it’s a real blind spot.
Each agent sets out to do something a user would do, like buy something, change a plan or invite a colleague.
After each run, Cofactor writes a plain-English report of what it tried and anything unexpected it found.
Untested areas become suggested flows. When you approve one, it’s added to the regression suite.
How often does it run?
Daily by default. You can run a cycle on demand, or scope one to a single area before a release.
What is a surface?
A part of your product, like a page, a modal or a step in a signup flow. Cofactor names them using your app’s own navigation.
