At any time — not just at account or contract termination — you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailingprivacy@runcofactor.com. We verify your identity (or, for an organization account, your authority over it) before acting on the request. Once verified, we complete deletion within 30 days and confirm it to you in writing. Backup copies are not edited individually and expire on their own within 7 days after that; we use them only for disaster recovery, and if one is ever restored, we re-apply the deletion. Usage and error logs are likewise not edited individually; they expire on the schedule in Section 4. Data we are required to retain for legal purposes — for example under a legal hold, or for billing records — is retained only as long as required.

Our marketing website (runcofactor.com) uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic and how visitors find and use the site — for example, page views and waitlist signups. We do not send names, email addresses, or other personal information you submit through the site (such as the waitlist form) to Google Analytics.
